DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES?
No, we do not offer warranties. All containers are sold as-is, where is. No refunds, warranties, or exchanges. You are welcome to come to our yard and pick out the container.
ARE THESE ALLOWED IN MY CITY?
We recommend checking with your neighborhood and local city/county ordinaces before purchasing a container. We are not responsible for any permitting or legal citations.
HOW DOES YOUR RENTAL PROGRAM WORK?
We offer month to month used container rentals in all sizes we have. We charge delivery, pick up, and first month rent upfront. Every month after would just be the monthly rental rate. There would also be sales tax for the county the container is located in. The billing cycle starts on the date the container is delivered and will be reissued on that same date each month. Our container rentals are only available for commercial/industrial. We DO NOT offer residential/individual container rentals but you are welcome to purchase.
DO YOU OFFER RENT TO OWN?
No, we do not offer rent to own.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, Cash, and Cashier’s Check. There is no cash discount.
WHAT IF I AM TAX EXEMPT?
We are only allowed to accept resale exemptions. A completed Form E-595E is required.
WHAT ABOUT CONDENSATION?
Containers are non-climate controlled units and will experience condensation due to the large changes in temperature. Condensation is essentially when a container is "sweating". Containers are not meant to be alternatives for climate controlled storage units as this condensation can damage furniture, household goods, and any valuable items you may put in a climate controlled unit.
